The purchase of any travel services offered by Heritage Haven Holdings LLC (also referred to in these terms & conditions as “Haven”), constitutes a contractual arrangement between you (also referred to in these terms & conditions as “traveler”) and Haven, and represents your acceptance of Haven’s Terms & Conditions as set out herein.
Haven takes reasonable steps to protect any personal information it holds from misuse, loss, unauthorized access, modification or disclosure. We do not provide or sell, in whole or part, the personal information we collect and do not disclose it to other companies, except as stated above.
DEPOSITS AND PAYMENTS
Haven accepts payment on most major credit cards. A non-refundable, non-transferable buy-in deposit of $100 per person per trip is required for Haven to reserve your space unless otherwise stated. The deposit is required at time of booking to hold or to confirm space for you. Traveler’s Booking is not confirmed until the DEPOSIT is received by Haven. Traveler will receive a confirmation invoice via email.
Payments are due as per the trips confirmed schedule per the www.heritage-haven.com website. Failure to make payments on time may result in $25 late fees where applicable. Payment in full must be received by Haven not less than 90 days before a scheduled departure with some limited exceptions set forth below. If final payment is not received by Haven by the due date, traveler reservation will be cancelled and full deposit, including trip insurance, will be retained by Haven.
TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Travel Documents, including e-tickets, itineraries, are sent via email approximately 60 days prior to departure, provided full payment, completion of medical disclosure and emergency contact details have been received.
TARIFF RESTRICTIONS
Air tickets are non-refundable, non-transferable and non-endorsable, except as otherwise noted in writing.
CHANGES
Changes of previously issued tickets are subject to penalty and fare difference. The airline reserves the right to change times and itineraries per operational requirements and all schedule changes will be communicated through the agent at the time of reconfirmation or via email provided by you at the time of the booking.
RECONFIRMATION
Please reconfirm your reservation approximately 72 hours prior to boarding, so that you may be informed of any itinerary changes or flight cancellations by the airline. Failure to reconfirm releases Heritage Haven Holdings LLC from any responsibility or liability resulting from such changes.
NO-SHOW
If you don't show up for a flight and fail to cancel the reservation, you are considered a no-show and the airline can cancel any continuing or return reservations.
CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY
Client must verify in detail names, dates, itineraries and service descriptions, either printed or transmitted by email or fax. Passenger's last name must be spelled exactly as shown on his/her valid passport or other official travel document. Be informed of requirements of Visas, vaccines, customs restrictions and baggage allowances. Consider purchasing additional travel insurance covering cancellations, health emergencies and other unexpected expenses.
CANCELLATIONS AND CANCELLATION FEES
Cancellations and refund requests must be in writing and cannot be made verbally.
• Buy-In Deposit:
• 50% refund within 30 days of deposit date.
• 0% refund after 30 days of deposit date.
• Cancellation - up to 90 days prior to departure – 25% refund on payments made.
• Cancellation 89 days prior to departure – 0% refund on payments made.
If final payment is not received up to 60 days prior to departure, Haven reserves the right automatically cancel your reservation without refund.
This Cancel Policy applies to all travel packages unless otherwise stated. In the event of a cancellation by Haven or our suppliers, all participating guests will be entitled to a full refund including the initial buy-in deposit.
LIABILITY STATEMENT
Neither Haven, its affiliates, owners, officers, agents, or employees, shall be held liable for any act, default, injury (including death), loss, expense, damage, deviation, delay, curtailment or inconvenience caused to or suffered by any person or their property, which may occur or be incurred by any organization or person, where such act, default, injury, loss, expense, damage, deviation, delay, curtailment or inconvenience may have been caused or contributed to by defects or failures of any aircraft, vessel, automotive vehicle or other equipment or instrumentality under the control of independent suppliers.
You further understand that if you purchase any optional activities that are not part of your pre-booked charter itinerary (including, without limitation, shore excursions and tours, however conducted, airline flights and ground transportation), these activities are operated by independent contractors; the contract for the provision of that activity will be between you and the third party provider for such activity.
Haven respects the privacy of its customers. The personal information we collect is only used for the purpose of arranging your travel requirements.
We will not disclose any personal information for any other purpose without your consent, except where required by law.
